Modern production plants are becoming “smarter” (meaning that more and more processes are controlled by software) and connected. As a result, cyber attacks against industrial devices and production plants are on the rise. Our research activities in this field focus on the definition of innovative approaches for better evaluating and managing cyber risks for the Industry 4.0, and on designing and prototyping novel technical solution for improving cyber security.
